MONTGOMERY – The Israel Leadership Institute on Wednesday announced that Alabama Speaker Pro Tempore Victor Gaston (R-Mobile) will be honored with the Israel Leadership Award at the Alabama-Israel Leadership Gala in Huntsville on April 9. Rep. Gaston was nominated for the award by the Alabama-Israel Task Force for his exceptional work and leadership on behalf of the Alabama-Israel relationship. Gaston stated he was both honored and humbled to receive the award and committed to building on Alabama’s strong relationship with Israel.
